Role Description The Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for facilitating effective communication and coordination between Servokon Systems Limited and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with key partners, managing queries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Liaison Officer will support customer service teams, assist in documentation and compliance processes, and help relay technical and commercial information between internal departments and external parties. Daily tasks also involve preparing reports, participating in meetings, supporting training or awareness sessions for stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written) to convey information accurately between internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical skills to understand stakeholder requirements, interpret data or documentation, and support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Training and facilitation skills to help conduct orientation or information sessions for clients, partners, or internal teams when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in liaison, customer-facing, or coordination roles, preferably in power systems, energy solutions, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with basic documentation, compliance processes, and MS Office tools; knowledge of power or electrical equipment is an advantage.
