An art nouveau masterpiece on the Danube. Located in the heart of Budapest, our art nouveau palace Hotel embodies the spirit of Budapest’s Golden Era glam. From the moment you enter, savour the iconic wrought-iron peacock gates, pass through the Lobby adorned with over two million mosaic tiles illuminated with its striking chandelier, and let inspiration wash over you. Outside, views of the Danube and the picturesque Buda skyline stand before you. What You Will Do
- Develop, grow and manage the hotel’s leisure travel segment to increase room revenue and overall market share.
- Build, nurture and strengthen long-term relationships with key leisure accounts and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through client meetings, site inspections, sales trips, and market events.
- Prospect new business opportunities using a wide range of tools and global Four Seasons sales programs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure business in line with budget and revenue strategies.
- Maintain accurate call objectives, account plans, and follow-up actions in a timely manner.
- Travel as needed to represent the hotel and maximize business opportunities while managing budgets effectively.
- Communicate client needs clearly and efficiently across internal departments to support seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure precise coordination and follow-up with Reservations, Front Office, Conference Services, Catering, and Accounting teams.
- Organize and host familiarization trips and educational visits based on business priorities.
- Uphold excellent data accuracy and hygiene within Golden Sales & Catering (Delphi) and OPERA.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue team, Commercial Director, and global sales offices.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and support the development of the annual marketing plan.
- Proven experience in a leisure-focused sales role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the Four Seasons brand with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence in generating new business and maintaining key accounts.
- Proficiency in Golden Sales & Catering (Delphi) and OPERA (or strong ability to learn quickly).
- Flexibility to travel for sales trips and client events.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams.
- A commitment to the Four Seasons culture and the Golden Rule—treating others as you would wish to be treated.
