About The Role

Sales Tax Helper is expanding and seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales tax attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven legal professional who thrives on solving complex tax problems, building relationships in the local business and CPA community, and driving meaningful results for clients.

We are offering creative incentive-based packages to reward attorneys who want to take ownership of their markets and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents, administrative appeals, protests, and litigation filings.
• Conduct legal research and writing to support client cases.
• Manage case files, state communications, and client correspondence efficiently.
• Develop and execute strategies for case resolution that balance legal precision with practical solutions.
• Build relationships with local CPAs, business owners, and referral partners to strengthen community presence and drive growth.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong background in drafting legal documents and advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Background in finance, tax, or decision-making roles.
• Experience with sales tax law, administrative litigation, or government negotiations.
