What You’ll Do:

As a Legal Intern, you will get hands-on experience working on real-world legal matters and contribute to the growth of a dynamic EdTech company. Your responsibilities may include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and NDAs
• Conducting legal research and providing support on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assisting in intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks
• Supporting the Legal team in day-to-day operations and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal queries

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law (LLB, BA.LLB or equivalent)
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good understanding of corporate, IP, and contract law is a plus
• Passion for EdTech and fast-paced startup environments
