Required Skills:

Candidates must have:

• 2 to 4 years of experience of which at least 2 year must be relevant and comprehensive experience in reviewing and negotiating technology license agreements, cloud computing, data protection, IT outsourcing/BPO, online gaming, e-commerce
• Preferably the remainder of the experience should also be in commercial transactions so that the candidate has an appreciation of the business and legal risks that are important in contracting
• Ability to lead the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of complex contracts
• Ability to provide legally sound but practical and commercial advice tailored to the client
• Strategic and critical thinking capability
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence/autonomy

Candidates with the following expertise would be preferred:

• provide clients with advice on the commercial and legal/regulatory issues in technology businesses
• manage associates and clients in service delivery (practice management)
• client engagement and development skills
