Apnatime Tech Private Limited, a company operating in the technology, SaaS and AI sectors,

Role - legal counsel with 2+ years PQE to join its legal team. The candidate should have a strong background in 1) the drafting and review of commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, Consultancy Agreements, etc., and renewals and amendments; 2) drafting and revision of company policies; 3) drafting of legal notices and responses to notices from statutory authorities, and providing legal advice and assistance in this regard; and 4) legal research and analysis. Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and compliance would be an added advantage.
