Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leather Selector and Fresh Management Trainee (Leather Selection) based in Agra. The role involves assessing and selecting high-quality and imported leathers, inspecting their grade and usability, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the leather production process. The individual will work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure standards are met, and will gain training and experience in leather selection and management practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leather quality assessment and material selection processes
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess material quality thoroughly
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with team members
• Willingness to learn leather selection techniques and process management
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation and detailed reports
• Ability to work on-site in Agra, demonstrating commitment to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
