About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Learning & Development professional to join our GCC team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end L&D initiatives, designing impactful learning programs, driving organizational development, and partnering with business stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, technology functions, and GCC operating models to effectively identify capability gaps, design relevant learning interventions, and support business transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- The candidate must be Post graduate.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), IT Services, Technology, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation environment.
- Certifications in Learning & Development.
- Experience with LMS platforms, learning analytics tools, and digital learning solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record of managing external training partners, niche technical vendors, or platform providers.
- Experience in content curation and designing blended learning journeys utilizing internal and external digital ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and learning analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and capability-building strategies.
- Data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed GCC environment.
- Strong knowledge of the IT sector, including technology functions, software development lifecycle (SDLC), digital technologies, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
- Passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Learning Culture Initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programs that enhance learning participation, collaboration, and organizational culture.
- Design and execute learning campaigns, knowledge-sharing sessions, innovation challenges, and learning weeks/months.
- Organize employee development initiatives such as mentorship programs, coaching circles, leadership talks, and career development workshops.
- Partner with HR Business Partner to create engagement interventions that improve employee experience and retention.
- Develop recognition programs to reward learning achievements, certifications, and continuous development efforts.
- Lead onboarding and new-hire integration programs to accelerate employee productivity and engagement.
- Plan and execute employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building initiatives in collaboration with HR teams.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and engagement assessments, analyze insights, and recommend action plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through gamification, learning challenges, badges, and digital learning platforms.
- Coordinate internal events such as Town Halls, Learning Festivals, Leadership Connect Sessions, Tech Talks, and Knowledge-Sharing Forums.
- Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing learning and development success stories across internal communication channels.
- Measure engagement effectiveness through participation metrics, feedback scores, learning adoption rates, and employee satisfaction indicators.
Compliance & Mandatory Training Facilitation
- Facilitate and manage mandatory compliance training programs, including POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and ISMS (Information Security Management System) sessions.
- Ensure timely rollout and completion of compliance learning initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders to maintain training compliance and awareness.
- Track training completion, maintain records, and provide compliance-related reporting and insights.
- Continuously enhance training effectiveness through engaging facilitation techniques and relevant case studies.
Additional Requirement
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a multi-location GCC environment and managing learning and engagement initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
- Flexibility to travel between Gurgaon and Hyderabad to ensure successful execution of learning, development, and organizational growth programs.
Travel Requirement
- The role will be based out of Gurgaon; however, the candidate will be required to travel regularly to the Hyderabad office to facilitate learning programs, conduct employee engagement activities, lead Growth Workshops, and partner with business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements is essential.
- The role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to effectively engage employees and leaders across multiple locations.
