Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lean Manufacturing Consultant who can relocated to PAN India, śto drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves implementing Lean methodologies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement Lean strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and problem-solving workshops.
Train and mentor teams on Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and Standard Work.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and sustain improvements.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Support Just-in-Time (JIT), workflow optimization, and layout improvements.
Drive cultural change towards continuous improvement across all levels.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through waste reduction and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–7 years of experience in Lean Consulting or Continuous Improvement.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and project management abilities.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
