  • The fixed budget for this role is ₹60,000 to ₹100,000 per month. Please ensure this aligns with your expectations before clicking apply.
  • You must have hands-on experience setting up Microsoft 365 Autopilot, MDM/MAM policies, Application Packaging, and Conditional Access from scratch. If you have only "monitored" or "helped" a senior with Intune, this role is not for you.
  • You will be speaking directly with international clients and business owners. Your English fluency must be professional, clear, and confident.
  • Server and virtualisation experience.
  • Onprem to Azure migration and good in azure.


The Role

Reporting to the IT Service Manager, you will serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents from 1st and 2nd Line, lead infrastructure and migration projects, and ensure our clients receive outstanding support across their entire IT estate. This is a hands-on, broad-skills role — you will be working across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, networking and security for multiple SMB clients simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Advanced Support & Escalations

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents from L1 & L2 Line

• Troubleshoot issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, virtualisation, networking, and security tools

• Perform root-cause analysis and document long-term fixes

• Ensure SLA compliance and deliver a high-quality support experience

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Manage Azure resources — VMs, networking, security, and automation

• Maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and hybrid setups across client estates

• Oversee patching, monitoring, backups, and system health

• Implement and maintain security best practices

Project Delivery

• Lead on-prem to cloud migrations, M365/SharePoint migrations, and infrastructure upgrades

• Plan and document solutions, producing low-level designs and technical scopes

• Work closely with Technical Leads and Project Managers to deliver successful outcomes

Client Interaction

• Attend client for escalations, installations, or project work when required

• Communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Provide proactive recommendations to improve stability, security, and performance

Team Contribution

• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and support knowledge sharing

• Help refine internal processes, documentation, and technical standards

• Support the adoption of new tools, platforms, and technologies

Linux

Must Have: ESXi host-level Linux only

Essential

• 3–7 years of IT support experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously

• Hands-on experience with at least one on-prem to Azure migration end-to-end

• Hands-on VMware / ESXi experience — not just theoretical

• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills

• Excellent spoken and written English — you will be client-facing with business owners

Preferred

• Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AZ-700

• Calm, structured approach to problem-solving under pressure

• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and business owners

• Proactive mindset — improving environments, not just fixing issues
