Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Lead – RVSF to drive the sourcing and acquisition of End‑of‑Life Vehicles (ELVs) across India. The role is critical in building a strong sourcing ecosystem, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling optimal utilization of our Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage multiple sourcing channels for ELVs (2W, 3W & 4W) including scrap dealers, workshops, fleet operators, aggregators, insurers, govt. departments & online platforms
  • Negotiate and finalize purchase terms through on‑field assessments to ensure profitability
  • Participate in government & institutional tenders, inspections and auctions
  • Ensure compliance with MoRTH RVSF rules, CPCB/SPCB guidelines, hazardous waste norms, and de‑registration processes
  • Coordinate with operations to align sourcing with plant capacity
  • Track scrap price trends, competitor activity and develop sourcing strategies
  • Drive sales of dismantled parts and scrap to authorized buyers
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, reporting and performance tracking (ECM, MPCP)

Candidate Profile

  • Education: BE / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: 12–15 years in Sales, Marketing, Service or Procurement roles
  • Strong understanding of local scrap ecosystem & ELV markets
  • Excellent negotiation, field networking and supplier management skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle valuation, documentation, logistics and VAHAN / IT portals
  • Financial acumen with ability to manage pricing, cost and profitability
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and lead coordination efforts
