Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact. We're looking for a metrics-driven, hypothesis-oriented designer who thrives on turning insights into scalable growth levers.
What You’ll Do-
As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact. We're looking for a metrics-driven, hypothesis-oriented designer who thrives on turning insights into scalable growth levers.
What You’ll Do-
- Drive growth-focused design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization
- Design and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to long-term engagement, focusing on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention rates, conversion rates)
- Lead experimentation through design—create A/B tests, landing page variants, onboarding flows, and feature experiments that drive statistically significant improvements
- Own critical growth touchpoints including signup flows, profile completion, subscription conversions, re-engagement campaigns, and referral mechanisms
- Translate growth insights into design solutions—turn user behavior data, cohort analyses, and business requirements into high-impact user experiences
- Design scalable growth systems—create templates, frameworks, and design patterns that enable rapid testing and iteration across growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts, and Engineers to identify growth opportunities, prioritize experiments, and measure design impact on key business metrics
- Optimize post-launch performance through continuous testing, user feedback integration, and data-driven design iterations
- Establish growth design culture by championing experimentation, sharing learnings, and mentoring team members on growth-focused design thinking
- User acquisition and conversion optimization
- Onboarding and activation experience design
- Subscription and monetization flow optimization
- Retention and re-engagement campaign design
- Referral and viral growth mechanism design
- Personalization and recommendation interface design
- Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products
- Mandatory (Experience): Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design (UI & UX), including 2+ years working in a B2C company with a lean design team (less than 20 members)
- Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)
- Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies
- Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies (Consumer-tech), B2C experience with prior exposure to B2B is also acceptable (consumer tech companies with a smaller design team of less than 20 people)
- Mandatory (Education): Design degree from a reputed institute is a must (Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred). Candidates with a design degree from other institutes may also be considered, provided they have a strong and relevant design background with proven experience.
- Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies
- Mandatory (Leadership): Must currently hold a Lead-level Product Design position with atleast recent 1+ years of people management experience leading a team of 3–5 designers. (Founding designer kind of profiles can be considered, Candidates at the Senior Designer, PD2, or PD3 level are not eligible)
- Mandatory (Note 1): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study
- Mandatory (Note 2): CTC is inclusive of 5%variable
- Preferred (Skills 1): Experience in subscription-based or marketplace products, CRO, and international market localization
- Preferred (Skills 2): Exposure to AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems
- Preferred (Experience): Experience building or working with highly scaled Design systems
