Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include guiding young learners during their early developmental stages, communicating with parents about their child's progress, and ensuring alignment with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to support holistic learning
• Strong background in Early Childhood Education foundations, principles, or methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate with young learners, parents, and colleagues
• Experience with teaching in Kindergarten or equivalent early education settings
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering young minds
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher is a plus
