- Lead MEP design and engineering activities across major projects
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Oversee project design delivery, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
- Review technical designs and optimize engineering solutions
- Support project planning and design strategy for large infrastructure projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in MEP design and engineering projects
- Strong expertise in at least one discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
- Experience working on large commercial buildings or infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience managing project design teams
- Strong knowledge of MEP design software and engineering tools
