We seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Lead with strong expertise in backend, UI frameworks, and database concepts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on development experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8+ developers, ensuring delivery excellence and team growth.
- Drive end-to-end development of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Design and develop Microservices Architecture and RESTful Web Services.
- Implement Event-Driven Architectures and integrations with messaging platforms like Kafka.
- Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to SAFe Agile ceremonies where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align technical requirements with business goals.
- Guide the team in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
- Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of hands-on web application development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular Framework, JavaScript, Kafka.
- Solid understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Database experience with MSSQL / PostgreSQL; exposure to Redis Cache and NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills in enterprise-scale environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and transform individuals into a cohesive, motivated team.
- Exposure to US Healthcare domain, especially Medicare and Medicaid.
- Experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
