Role Description

We seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Lead with strong expertise in backend, UI frameworks, and database concepts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on development experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 8+ developers, ensuring delivery excellence and team growth.
Drive end-to-end development of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, and related technologies.
Design and develop Microservices Architecture and RESTful Web Services.
Implement Event-Driven Architectures and integrations with messaging platforms like Kafka.
Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to SAFe Agile ceremonies where applicable.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align technical requirements with business goals.
Guide the team in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on web application development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular Framework, JavaScript, Kafka.
Solid understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
Database experience with MSSQL / PostgreSQL; exposure to Redis Cache and NoSQL databases is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills in enterprise-scale environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Proven ability to work independently and transform individuals into a cohesive, motivated team.
