Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Record to Report service delivery, ensuring accurate, timely financial close, reporting, and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP.
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage large global teams, transitions, and stakeholder governance while meeting SLAs and audit requirements.
• Partner with clients and leadership on transformation, risk mitigation, and value creation across RTR processes.
