Role Description

Technical skills required:

  • 6+ years of strong experience in Java for automation scripting and framework development
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Selenide for web UI automation
  • Proven expertise in Rest Assured for automated REST API testing
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, including authentication, validation, and error handling
  • Solid experience testing Microservices architectures, including integration and end-to-end workflows
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs, including query, mutation, and schema validation
  • Experience using WireMock for API mocking, stubbing, and service virtualization
  • Experience in building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks
  • Strong experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
  • Experience with test reporting, logging, and defect tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks for UI and APIs
  • Execute automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Validate microservices interactions and API contracts across environments
  • Identify, report, and track defects with clear documentation
  • Drive automation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
