Lead HVAC Technician

Familia Heat & Air is hiring HVAC Technicians.

We’re a growing family-owned HVAC company serving Central Oklahoma, and we’re looking for people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that treats people well.

We currently have **two positions open for experienced lead technicians.** Once those positions are filled, we will begin opening **apprentice positions** to train the next generation of technicians.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
• Working on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Inspecting systems and recommending repairs or improvements
• Communicating clearly with customers about their system and options
• Maintaining accurate service records and job notes

You should have:

• HVAC experience and strong troubleshooting skills
• The ability to read manuals, schematics, and system diagrams
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• The ability to lift equipment and materials as required for the job
