Role Description

We are hiring Junior Research Fellows (JRF-01), Technical Assistants (TA-01), and Research Associates (RA-01) to contribute to ongoing DRDO-funded projects. Key responsibilities include conducting cutting-edge research, assisting in technical operations, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to execute project deliverables. Candidates will be expected to work on-site at NIT Andhra Pradesh, located in West Godavari. Please note that this is a temporary position.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills including problem-solving and critical thinking for JRF and RA roles.
• Technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines and practical experience for TA roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, experimental procedures, technical documentation, and reporting.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a research and team-oriented environment.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field for JRF and RA positions.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering field for TA positions.
• Experience with defence-related projects at a research institute or equivalent organization is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on technical content.
