Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for driving outbound lead generation by identifying and qualifying potential prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and proactive engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling (100+ calls/day) to identify and engage potential B2B prospects
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and nurture conversations to generate interest in client offerings
- Perform web research and use social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and build prospect databases
- Qualify leads based on BANT criteria and client-defined requirements
- Generate potential Leads and assign them to the POC
- Maintain and update accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in Excel
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives and improve lead quality
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proactive with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and demand generation
- Basic technical understanding (preferably in tech lead generation roles)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with social networking and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, or pre-sales
· Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
