Key Responsibilities

  • - Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Managers, Training Managers, and Directors).
  • - Generate qualified leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
  • - Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • - Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.
  • - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation objectives.
  • - Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • - Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume, conversion rate, and meeting targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in Corporate Training, Education, or HR Services.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Hands-on experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • - Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
  • - Strong understanding of corporate learning & development (L&D) trends and training industry insights (preferred).
