Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize our dialer system to initiate outbound calls to potential leads and present our energy solutions
Engage and build rapport with prospective clients to identify their needs and interests
Record and maintain detailed information about leads and interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to effectively hand off qualified leads
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools
Availability to work full-time hours in the specified schedule
