Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Noida. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, qualify, and generate new business leads for freight and logistics services through research, outbound calls, emails, and online platforms. The role includes maintaining accurate lead databases, tracking interactions in CRM tools, and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions and follow-ups. The specialist will communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients, present service offerings, and schedule meetings or demos for sales representatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring market trends, optimizing lead generation campaigns, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and overall sales pipeline performance.


Qualifications


  • Ability to generate and manage New Leads and Lead Generation activities using digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with basic Sales knowledge to qualify prospects and support closure of opportunities.
  • Research skills to identify target markets, decision-makers, and relevant contact information.
  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools, spreadsheets, and basic data entry.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or B2B lead generation is an advantage.
