Role Overview – Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented, and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our Enterprise Sales team.

In this role, you will identify, connect with, and qualify high-value enterprise prospects, building a strong pipeline for consultative and large-ticket sales engagements. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for regional sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification & Research
  • Identify and build a database of potential enterprise customers across industries such as smart cities, hospitals, infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, and industrial clients
  • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and influencers using online tools, databases, and industry sources
  • Map stakeholders including CXOs, Facility Heads, Compliance Heads, ESG/Environment Managers, and Project Heads
  • Outbound Lead Generation
  • Conduct structured outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Initiate first-level conversations to understand business needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Regional Sales Head.
  • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (industry, project size, compliance need, budget potential, decision timeline)
  • Maintain and update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture warm leads
  • Market & Sales Intelligence
  • Track upcoming projects, tenders, expansions, and compliance-driven opportunities
  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback regularly
  • Support campaign-based lead generation (events, webinars, launches, partnerships)
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Share regular reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline created
  • Continuously improve lead quality and conversion ratios

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or pre-sales
  • Experience dealing with enterprise customers is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is an advantage)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and platform overview
  • Good research and data-handling skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Desired Profile

  • Exposure to environmental solutions, SaaS, infrastructure, ESG, IoT, or compliance-driven sales is preferred
  • High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work in a structured sales process and handle multiple follow-ups
  • Comfortable working from office in Bhubaneswar
