Accounting & Financial Operations
Oversee end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Review and approve journal entries, ledgers, and financial adjustments.
Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.
Provide insights on financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability.
Support business leaders with financial reports and decision-making dashboards.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audits and closure of observations.
Strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
Monitor daily cash flow, working capital requirements, and fund utilization.
Liaise with banks for facilities, documentation, and financial instruments.
Forecast cash requirements and manage treasury operations efficiently.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance & accounts team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, sales, procurement, and leadership teams.
Present financial reports and recommendations to management.
