Job Description
- Spearheading the Talent Management function for YASH Global, driving end-to-end talent strategy aligned to business growth, profitability, and future-ready capabilities. Responsible for building scalable frameworks across workforce planning, career management, job architecture, skill taxonomy, succession planning, and leadership development, enabling a strong talent pipeline across geographies.
- Design, develop, implement, rollout and governance of the Career Management Framework, including driving various facets of the same and periodic revisions/enhancements as & when required
- You will work with Business, HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Management Specialists to resolve BU(Business Unit) specific talent challenges and drive harmonisation of people-related processes and frameworks to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant Talent interventions based on internal organisational insights & industry benchmarks
- Design and implementation of processes related to Succession Planning, Hi- Potential Identification, Development Programs, and Competency Management. You will be responsible for tracking succession readiness and the progress of actions through metrics and dashboards, and analysing talent trends across the organisation
- Oversee talent review process.
- You will work to increase internal mobility, including but not limited to cross-functional movements, including planning, designing, and executing growth bridges, and designing/selecting the appropriate assessment methodologies
- You will be responsible for managing role movements through expat/repeat assignments, short-term/stretch assignments, and performance.
- You will work on facilitating talent nudges and career conversations between managers and employees through a programmatic approach; create visibility for careers for employees using various career paths, and drive adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace
- Design, develop, implement, and roll out the Career Management Framework. Connect the career management strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy.
Additionally, you will closely work with the HR COE team and external partners to deploy organisation-wide talent/capability processes through suitable platforms
