- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and performance.
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Java and Selenium to streamline testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve software quality and user experience.
- Work closely with program management to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Utilize domain expertise in program management to enhance project delivery and outcomes. -Qualifications
- Possess a strong proficiency in Java and Selenium essential for automated testing.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields.
- Experience in program management is a plus enhancing project coordination.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
