Our AI-powered application enables studios to discover and source designer products through our integrated sourcing marketplace, ensuring seamless procurement at project rates. Role Description We are seeking a Lead Engineer - Backend to join our founding team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As the Lead Engineer - Backend, you will design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead technical architecture decisions. You will also mentor team members, optimize system performance, and contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge features for our platform. Qualifications Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and database management (SQL/NoSQL) Strong knowledge of API design, system architecture, and distributed systems Proficiency in testing frameworks, debugging, and optimizing system performance Experience with scalability solutions and integrating third-party services is preferred Proactive problem-solving skills and experience working in collaborative environments Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
