Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution across enterprise products, with a strong focus on AI-driven
  
  
  

interfaces, copilots, and process efficiency tools.

• Define and scale the design function, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and translate insights into design solutions for
  
  
  

complex workflows.

• Create UI/UX designs that are simple, elegant, and effective in enterprise contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design is embedded in product development
  
  
  

from strategy through delivery.

• Mentor and grow a high-performing design team while remaining hands-on with critical
  
  
  

projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with significant exposure to enterprise/B2B software.
• Prior experience in BFSI or enterprise sector and designing for complex workflows.
• Demonstrated work with AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation features.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to balance usability, business impact, and technical
  
  
  

constraints.

• Experience building and scaling design teams and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
