Associate - Product Management

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organisation
• Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organisation and its business
• Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs
• Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders
• Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes
• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes
• Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives
  
  
  

Job Requirements :

• Experience: 1-2 year of relevant experience in same or similar domain
• Education: B.tech CS/IT mandatory
• Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making
• Product Evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement
• Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose practical solutions to improve product performance and user experience. An ability to balance technical and business considerations in decision-making
