Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that solve real business problems. The candidate should be strong in data analysis, model building, and handling end-to-end AI/ML projects while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for business use cases
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
  • Optimize model performance and scalability
  • Document processes, models, and results clearly
  • Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in Python/R
  • Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms
  • Experience in SQL and data manipulation
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
