We are seeking aLead Cookto oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and consistency, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

As aLead Cook, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen - guiding food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment. This role combineshands-on cooking with kitchen leadership, ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold meals according to daily menus, portion standards, and company recipes.
Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring meals are prepared accurately and on time.
Cook, season, and present food with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Assist in coordinating daily prep work and assigning tasks to kitchen team members.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen including prep areas, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards are followed at all times.
Monitor product inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
Support meal service setup and breakdown while ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow.
Train and support kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and workplace safety.
Provide a welcoming and positive dining environment for guests.

Qualifications

Previous cooking experience required;lead cook or supervisory kitchen experience preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
Ability to lift35 pounds or more regularlyand perform frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
Ability to work in afast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
Must pass pre-employmentbackground check and drug screening.
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
