Lead Client Servicing ( Large Fintech/Bank Accounts)

CLIENT: Leading loyalty solutions company specializing in Digital Rewards, and Gift Vouchers enabling 250+ leading retail and E Commerce brands catering to 200+ corporate clients.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a CLIENT SERVICING PROFESSIONAL to manage key enterprise and national accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling.

Account Management & Growth:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise and national accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
• Develop and execute account growth plans, aligning with clients’ business objectives.

Revenue Generation & Client Retention:

• Achieve revenue targets by identifying and implementing new business opportunities within the existing client base.
• Proactively address client concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements.

.Incumbent Profile:

• 8 years in key account management, enterprise/national accounts, or client servicing roles.
• Managing large national key accounts in Fintech/Advertising/Corporates/Dealer Driven Cos
• Sales Acumen: Strong experience in cross-selling and up-selling with enterprise clients.

Annual Compensation: 35LPA
