Lead Assistant Manager

Basic FunctionsResponsible in designing and bid activities.Shifts: Primarily a general shift 12/1pm to 10/11pm IST, but must be flexible with working hours to align to business needs.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, create and format PowerPoint presentations, word and excel documents from rough slide decks and documents, sketches, emails, or imagesCreate illustrations, icons, infographics, tables, diagrams, graphs, templates etc. as per the requirementDesign various types of digital collaterals such as social media posts, emailers, banners, brochures, booklets, newsletters, websites, videos etc.Analyze expectations of the stakeholders, understand the context and present the data and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverablesTake ownership of assigned projects from inception to completionAdhere to brand guidelines and standardsProvide rigorous, consistent quality control of each presentation before they are delivered to the stakeholdersUpdate the entries of the work assignments on internal tool and update the repository for tracking and reporting purposeHandle the document control of collaterals and bid materialDevelop collaterals, case studies and re-usable content for the opportunities.Required/ Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of composition, typography, iconography, colors, vector images, image file formats, image resolutionsWritten and verbal fluency in EnglishSimilar experience in Presales, prior exposure to BPO industry will be preferred ;Ability to multitask and juggle multiple assignmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in HTML presentations and coding knowledge, Video Creation/editing, experience in video editing and creation software will be an added advantage.Good at PPT animations and well verse with nuances of Word formatting
