Job Title: LCMS Scientist for Peptide & Technology-Based Product Characterization

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LCMS Scientist to join our Analytical Characterization Team, focusing on peptide-based products as well as other technology-driven formulations.

Qualifications : M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharma/Ph.D

Experience : 5–12 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intact mass analysis and primary structure characterization of peptides.
• Conduct advanced studies including:

- Disulfide bond mapping

- Sequence confirmation

- D/L isomer differentiation

• Develop and validate LC–MS/MS methods for peptide analysis.
• Conduct impurity profiling for peptide-related impurities using LC-HRMS.
• Identify unknown impurities by determining mass and amino acid sequence.
• Support extractables and leachables studies using mass spectrometry.
• Operate and interpret data from SEC-HPLC and SEC-MALS (if applicable).
• Collaborate closely with CROs and regulatory teams.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., ANDA, IND, BLA) with high-quality analytical data.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
