Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct legal research on various matters pertaining to corporate dispute resolutions, white-collar crimes, securities law, competition law, etc.
• Assist in finding relevant judgments and legal provisions for ongoing matters.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as legal notices, contracts and agreements, petitions and applications, and legal opinions and memos.
• Organize supporting documents, evidence, and references required for hearings.
• Track recent legal developments, amendments, and landmark judgments.
• Prepare legal updates or newsletters for the team.
