Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laptop and Computer Technician, located in Trivandrum. The responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance, providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring the functionality of various operating systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Expertise in Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and their configurations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
• Experience in working with hardware and software solutions
• Relevant certifications and/or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
