About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Architect / Landscape Architect to join our team. This role involves working on high-rise residential and commercial landscape projects, contributing to the development of innovative, functional, and aesthetically engaging outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a landscape firm or a strong inclination toward landscape design, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage design deliverables across project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to concept, schematic, and detailed landscape designs for high-rise residential and commercial developments.
• Prepare landscape layouts, hardscape and softscape plans, design concepts, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Create 3D models, visualizations and presentation material for client and internal reviews.
• Assist in design development, documentation, and project coordination.
• Conduct site visits and design reviews to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.
• Manage timelines and ensure high-quality design output.

Skills & Software

Candidates should be proficient in:

* AutoCAD

* SketchUp

* Photoshop

* Enscape / Lumion

* Revit (Basic-Intermediate)

* Adobe InDesign

* MS Office

Requirements

• B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree from a recognized institution.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working in a landscape firm OR strong passion and inclination toward landscape design.
• Strong design thinking, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage project timelines.
