?? Role Overview You will be responsible for L3 support, development, customization, and integrations within BMC Helix ITSM. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise landscapes. ?? Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support & development for ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Work Order, SRM, SLM & CMDB Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow, application, and performance issues Develop & customize forms, filters, escalations, active links, and workflows Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Atrium Integrator, Pentaho Ensure CMDB and Foundation data accuracy (People, Groups, Locations) Work with BMC Support and maintain high-quality documentation/runbooks Support upgrades, Helix migrations, performance tuning, and optimization ??? Required Skills Strong expertise in Remedy AR System, Smart IT, DWP Catalog Deep hands-on experience with workflow development & API integrations Solid SQL skills (Oracle / MS SQL) Knowledge of ITIL processes Exposure to Helix SaaS and Atrium Integrator is an advantage ?? Experience & Education 5?8 years overall experience, including 3+ years in Helix/Remedy Development or L3 Support Bachelor?s degree in IT/Computer Science BMC Certified Admin/Developer certification preferred ?? Soft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills Ability to work independently and in client-facing roles ??
