Job Title: L1 Support (Monitoring / Operations Support

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night shift - Cab and Food will be provided

Experience: 1+ yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Monitoring

Monitor around 20 dashboards

Mainly operational monitoring

Incident Management

Raise incidents to the Operations / L2 / OC team when issues occur

Follow proper escalation process

Monitoring & Communication

Track system alerts and performance

Communicate issues to the relevant teams

Follow defined SOPs

Filtering / Analysis

Perform day-wise and hour-wise monitoring

Adjust monitoring thresholds when needed

Tools / Technical Exposure

Splunk Dashboards (used for monitoring)

Understanding of performance metrics / variables

Monitoring of system behaviors such as early morning or late-night drops

Training
