Position Overview

We are searching for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to manage assigned accounts, support client needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This entry-level-friendly role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship building, organization, and problem-solving. Full training is provided.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $19.00 - $29.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
  • Process account updates, requests, and basic transactions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
