Job Location : Jhagadia

Objective: The objective of the role is to maintain CCTV system working properly on day to day basis and update the daily reports to the client.

He must keep himself available at the customer site as per the requirements and support for uninterrupted CCTV services.
Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
He must possess hand on experience on the below IT systems – L2 L1 switch configuration, Router configuration, P2P device configuration, and troubleshooting.
Configuring and troubleshooting Network related issues observed in CCTV network.
He must balance and match with site-specific customer rules and guidelines along with D-Tech policies.
He should be able to manage client end meetings independently.

Competency / Skills

Hands-on technical expertise to manage issues at the client site.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Identifying problems and finding quick and sound solutions.
Broad knowledge of the following technologies: CCTV, IP video, Intelligent Video, video storage & archiving, command/control display technologies and general Security system principles and practices.
Good knowledge of technical infrastructure and integration technologies to include power, UPS, networking, communications.
Network experience to include WAN, LAN, firewall, network switch technologies and video transmission on IP networks.

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics and Communication / Diploma in IT / BCA with 1- 2 years of experience.

Mandatory

Strong technical knowledge in Analog and IP CCTV.
Team working and relationship building.
Carry out any reasonable request relating to job scope.
Willingness and ability to work flexibly and diligently.
Good working knowledge of – and interest in – all areas of Security Requirements.
