KYC Compliance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Compliance Executive to join our team. Your main job will be to collect, check, and verify customer documents to make sure they are real and follow our company rules. You will be responsible for keeping all records organized and spotting any missing or suspicious information to keep our business safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Check Documents: Review ID proofs, address proofs, and business licenses to make sure they are real and valid.
• Verify Information: Double-check customer details against official databases to prevent identity fraud.
• Keep Records: Scan, upload, and organize all documents so they are easy to find and ready for audits.
• Spot Red Flags: Look closely for any missing information, expired IDs, or suspicious details that don't match up.
• Update Files: Regularly reach out to existing customers to refresh their documents and keep their profiles current.
• Follow Rules: Make sure every check follows the company’s specific step-by-step compliance manual.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or a Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance preferred).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous experience in data entry or documentation is a plus.

Key Skills:

• Eye for Detail: You can easily spot mistakes or missing information in documents.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: You are comfortable using Google Sheet, MS Office (Excel and Word) and the internet.
• Good Communication: You can explain document requirements clearly to customers or team members.
• Honesty: You can be trusted to handle sensitive and private customer information.
• Organization: You are good at keeping paperwork and digital files tidy and easy to find.
