Design & Packaging Engineer

We are looking for a stable and committed Design and Packaging Engineer who will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and customizing engineering drawings, packaging designs, and technical layouts. The candidate will also handle white-labelled drawings, where client-specific branding such as logos, company names, and product details must be correctly added to designs.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Create and modify 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or packaging design software
• Prepare white-labelled engineering drawings as per client requirements
• Add/Remove client logos, branding, company details, and product specifications to drawings and layouts
• Ensure all client-specific information is accurate and properly formatted/removed before final submission
• Coordinate with internal teams for design updates, corrections, and approvals
• Maintain proper version control and documentation of drawings
• Support production, packaging, design and quality teams with design and layout inputs
• Follow company standards, guidelines, and quality procedures

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or packaging/design software
  

Experience

• 1+ Year

• Experience in packaging design or product layout
• Knowledge of materials, dimensions, and production tolerances
• Experience in handling client-specific or branded drawings
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or packaging/design software 
• Understanding of manufacturing, packaging, and production processes
