Client Region Experience : Europe & East Asia Support Must

Work Location: Bangalore / Remote for Rockstar Consultant

Experience : 5 to 14 Years ( Junior to Manager Level- Multiple Positions)

🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultants across all experience levels to support a global client. The role involves a mix of implementation, enhancements, and production support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Work on UKG Pro WFM (Time & Attendance)
• Handle implementation and rollout activities (especially Europe region)
• Provide daily support and enhancements (East Asia region)
• Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues
• Support integration and data flow between systems
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws (e.g., Europe)

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in UKG Pro WFM / Kronos (WFC)
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, pay rules, accruals
• Experience in support or implementation projects
• Exposure to payroll integration
• Migration experience (WFC → UKG Pro) is a plus
• Good communication and ability to work with global teams
