Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid/remote role located in Sialkot for a Knitwear Designer. The Knitwear Designer will be responsible for developing and executing knitwear designs, creating mood boards, conducting trend research, designing sketches, and producing prototypes. Additional tasks include overseeing fittings to ensure designs align with the desired aesthetic and functionality, as well as collaborating closely with production teams to translate designs into finished products.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mood Boards and conducting in-depth Trend Research
• Competence in Knitting techniques and working with diverse materials
• Proficiency in Fitting processes to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
• Strong Sketching skills to visually communicate design concepts
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with production teams
• Relevant experience in the textile or fashion design industry
• Formal education or certification in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related disciplines
