Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Junior Brand Designer to join our team on-site. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their design career who has a strong foundation in graphic design and branding, is eager to learn, and enjoys working on a wide variety of creative projects.

You will work closely with senior designers and the creative team to develop brand identities and design solutions across digital and physical mediums while continuously building your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Design

• Assist in developing brand identities and visual systems for a variety of clients.
• Create design assets while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Design deliverables across social media, websites, digital campaigns, packaging, print collateral, presentations, and other brand communication.
• Support basic motion graphics and video editing requirements where needed.

Client Communication & Collaboration

• Assist in client communication through email, messaging platforms, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions when required.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and internal teams to develop thoughtful and effective visual solutions.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and present design concepts with guidance from senior team members.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage assigned tasks and contribute to project timelines within the studio workflow.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation efficiently.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or a related creative field (internship experience is also valued).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Understanding of branding principles and applying visual identities across digital and print media.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, composition, and layout design.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, design fundamentals, and attention to detail.

Role Details

• Full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office 5–6 days a week.
