Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Visual/ UI Designer, you are an emerging design professional eager to apply foundational skills and learn from experienced mentors. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to support projects and deliver value to clients. You will assist in detailed designs for products – work on design systems, create visual concepts, design UI screens that are accessible and focus on usalibity. Collaborate with peers to translate insights into tangible design outcomes under guidance from senior team members. Formal design education & portfolio is mandatory.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

As a Visual/ UI Designer, you are an emerging design professional eager to apply foundational skills and learn from experienced mentors. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to support projects and deliver value to clients.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong conceptual thinking and understanding on branding.
• Ability to develop cohesive visual languages and design systems to execute at scales effectively
• Basic understanding and practical experience in design process and methodologies - concept, mood board, branding, design systems, style guides, UI and prototyping
• Great attitude and communication skills to effectively present designs, prototypes, experience visions and other deliverables to stakeholders

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in design (mandatory) or higher from an accredited university (BDes, MDes) in a related field preferred.

• Experience with core design tools FIGMA, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mural, new media technologies.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Design Background.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should be flexible to work from anywhere in India.
• Year of Pass out 2026.
• B. Des (in a related field preferred)
• Design portfolio is a must.
• Fluent Communication skills (written and spoken).
• No active backlogs.
• Knowledge in core design tools FIGMA, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mural, new media technologies.
