Job Description

We're hiring Kids Club Staff to be part of the Central Parkway YMCA team!

Do you love working with children? Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and fun with a great attitude? Are you willing to express your creativity? Would you like to engage children ages infant through school age while their parents are working out in the facility?

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for safety of children and cleanliness of Kids Club room.
Provides prompt quality customer service in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with members/children, staff, and volunteers.
Exhibits a positive attitude and behavior consistent with the philosophy, values and mission of the YMCA.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years and older, energetic, responsible and enjoy working with children.
Possess current CPR/First Aid certification (YMCA can provide if hired).
A minimum of 6 months experience working with children is helpful.
Requires alertness, attention to detail, concentration and the ability to multi-task.
