KiarX is the first revolutionary and unique mines management platform that integrates all mining business components into a single app and website. The platform offers live production status, trip report analysis, driver performance monitoring, machinery maintenance tracking, diesel reports, and other essential mining business features, all accessible through the KiarX app and website.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and analyzing operational data, and ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of all mining operations. Key tasks include coordinating with various departments, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity. Operations will be handled shift-wise in a rotation.

  • Coordinate and support, management, and troubleshooting of KiarX hardware through internal teams and field executives
  • Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and documentation for drivers, operators, and site teams
  • Monitor mining operations remotely using KiarX digital dashboards and tools
  • Track system performance and coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum uptime
  • Review and analyze trip data, diesel consumption reports, and operational metrics
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Act as a coordination point between field teams, clients, and internal departments
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of KiarX technology
  • Maintain records, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation
  • Ensure operational processes align with safety standards and company protocols


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work well in an on-site team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the mining industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English speaking.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in shifts.
